Delivery is by DPD Fully Tracked Service for most locations in the UK. Far north of Scotland, Northern Ireland & All AB postcodes will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked service. A next day service is only available if your item is available for same day shipping and does not have to be transferred from one of our stores. If your item does need to be transferred this may cause a delay in your item being shipped. You can also choose to collect your order for free from any of our 3 stores at Braehead, Silverburn Or The Forge. All stores are in Glasgow. RETURNS

All online orders are entitled to a full refund should you change your mind. You will need to pay for the cost of your return. Should you wish to order another size, please place another order. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return this to the address below. It must be returned in its original packaging with all the original tags & accessories. Kiddie Boutique offers you an easy way to secure your items before they arrive in store and spread the cost. Simply click to pay a 20% deposit and we will contact you when your items arrive to pay the balance or you can spread the outstanding balance further with a payment plan.

You can also use our deposit facility for items that are in stock that you want to reserve and pay up with a payment plan. Simply click the option to pay the 20% deposit to secure your item. You can then pay the balance on line or make more smaller payments to spread the cost. You can buy multiple items at the same time to reserve your entire collection. Payments can also be made in store or over the phone. You can also send by PayPal. Please note closing dates for payment plans are 30th April for summer collections & 31st October for winter collections. All reserved items must be paid in full before these dates or all deposits/payments will be lost and items will be put back on sale.
